All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The House is approx. 2,200 Sq. Ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . NOTE : The rooms are NOT included in the rental , but can be added for an additional fee . Please look at ADD ONS section of the listing . Rental includes : Living room , Dining Room, Kitchen , Guest bathroom, entire outdoor area ! This home is perfect for a small/medium gatherings, private dinners , marriage proposals , baby showers , birthday or promotion celebrations etc. This stunning home was freshly remodeled to the highest standards ! Open floor plan with plenty of natural light and lots of space , large island , kitchen and living room have very welcoming and homey feels in a modern way. The bedrooms and master bath are stunning with a huge soaking tub. The large backyard has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi , large deck , unmatched mountain , city views and spectacular sunsets! There is a nice covered seating area around a beautiful fireplace outside. It's got a fabulous feel both day and night. Large 4 cars driveway . All 5 star reviews !! The home is located in a quiet upscale part of Sherman Oaks so music or loud noises OUTSIDE ONLY are not allowed. There is a great sounding system inside, that can be used simply by downloading the SONOS app on your cell phone. It can get pretty loud which i do not mind as long as the doors and windows are closed . You are welcome to dance , sing etc ...
NOTE : Looking for more upscale and chill events , not interested in hosting crazy, loud , wild late night parties , sorry :(
Parking is limited due to the small hill streets .
Uber or carpools are strongly recommended
Max number of guests is 20 ( can make an exception for a few more but depending on the circumstances ) and this is strictly enforced.
Smoking is allowed but ONLY outside

There is an extra charge of $150 to worm up the Jacuzzi and $220 for the pool !!
