1. LIABILITY INSURANCE must be provided by guest and valid permits for all vendors. Peer space can help you obtain a plan at a competitive rate. 2. No Smoking inside the house. only allowed on outside patio. No excessive drinking or use of hard drugs on premises. 3. No loud music after 10 pm 3.No Overnight guests. unless agreed upon and rate to be discussed 4.Lights,Ac,Heater or any other flammables must be turned off while not on the property. (0 tolerance policy, will be deducted from deposit ) 5. Please lock the door while not in the house or when you leave. 6. If you need an extra key or lost a key please notify us,Please don't forget to return the keys at the end of your stay. 7. No wet wipes, even flushables, tampons, kitchen napkins in toilets as it will clog. 8. House must be reasonably clean and organized. 9. NO Food or dirty dishes left behind. all trash must be collected in Trash bags. 10. Early/Late check in/out are subject to availability and extra hourly fee. 11.FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT could only be moved upon request. It is the guest’s responsibility to restore the layout of the space following a booking and their “tear-down” time must be included in the time reserved for the booking. Please contribute to Energy Saving and a conscious Environment Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold us harmless for any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which we maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of guest injury or Loss, all reservation includes Peerspace's Liability insurance.
