Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a wonderful time in Scarlet’s space! She is a very talented stylist snd it shows by her attention to detail and design, I wish I could like in the space! I would definitely book the space to use again, it is very spacious and perfectly naturally lit.

WOW! Scarlett and Wainani’s space was ABSOLUTELY stunning. There is tons of opportunity to get multiple “scenes” in this space. The lighting is perfect. The space was clean and well prepped :)

Your guests will be blown away when they walk into this gorgeous meeting space. I plan and execute research focus groups for active lifestyle clients and this is my hands-down favorite place in Portland to hold them. Thoughtful details abound: wine, sparkling water and fresh flowers on the conference table. The host was flexible and easy to both plan and communicate with.

Big beautiful quiet space with a ton of natural light - perfect for our meeting and wardrobe fitting. Nicole and Scarlet were super communicative and helpful in arranging the booking for us. Highly recommend!
