Metered street parking, Nearby parking lot

The parking lot between 4th & 5th on NW Glisan is the most affordable lot close by for all day parking. The perimeter blocks of our building have 2-hour metered spaces. Metered parking can be paid through the Parking Kitty App. Re-load your Parking Kitty from the studio when the 2-hour increment expires. We recommend temporarily parking between 4th & 5th on NW Flanders in front of the building to unload and then finding a spot close by.

Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Please click READ MORE below to view our RULES. CARE We ask that you please leave the space as you found it. Furniture should be returned to it's original location and trash removed. Use of the kitchenette should be considerate. WALLS Please no affixing anything to walls or windows in the studio without prior consent. FLOORPLAN Furniture is moveable, however we ask that you use the dolly or moving castors to move pieces to avoid scratching floors. FOOD | ALCOHOL | SMOKING Private consumption of alcohol during your event is allowed, however commercial sales of alcohol is not permitted. Food is welcome. No smoking. No candles. ACCESS Upon entering the building, guests walk up several small flights of stairs to the second story. Due to the historic nature of the building and the studio suite being on the second story, the entrance is not ADA accessible. There is a freight elevator we can coordinate IN ADVANCE. We can arrange the elevator for ADA access or loading in at the start and end of the rental. SECURITY The building has a secured entry and private security. Guests/team members are let in using the intercom in the studio. If team members plan to leave the building during the rental period, at least one person must remain in the studio. No keys are issued as part of the rental. Please do not let anyone into the building who is not a guest or member of your team. Do not prop doors to the street open. DAMAGES You agree to rent the space “as-is”. Beyond ordinary wear and tear, you will be responsible for any damage caused by your use of the Studio. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY Service animals must be on a leash or tether (unless being tethered keeps said animal from its trained purpose). No non-service animals are permitted on the premises.
