House in the Trees in Historic Laurel Canyon with charming back deck in nature

This property rests in a shady oak forest. 5mins down to Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood. Quaint, rustic, charming, magical are the key words.. There are 23 steps up to the quaint ole hunting lodge home built in 1923. Downstairs, the house is furnished and cozy with a checkered kitchen floor, charming nook (seating 6) and a terra cotta tiled living room with bay window and fireplace. The upstairs bathroom is quintessential Laurel Canyon with a deep tiled tub glassed-in overlooking the forest. Amazing spot for photo shoots. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Only the one guestroom available for use ON REQUEST that includes a full size bed and balcony overlooking the front of the property. Do let me know if you need access to this room. Carpeted stairs lead out the back to stone steps up to the magical deck area. There is a long table that seats 8; great for meetings, brunch, lunch or dinner. At the top deck level there is a single bed with mosquito net, BBQ and 2 chair table. (The hot tub is empty and not functional, very sorry.) The back yard is fenced in. The edge of the deck has a small shed with tools like leaf blower, shovel, rake, outdoor extension cord and other yard tools are stored. There is also a hammock and custom doghouse. The back deck accommodates backdrops for photographers and videographers. Its a great scene for filming. A charming location to host a lunch. If its yoga or something with an instructor that requires laying down, the long table can be moved and the deck can accommodate 10.
