COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All areas will be cleaned prior to arrival and cleaned again after departure.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The upstairs of the home is off limits,
ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE
A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. Additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee.
Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT
Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY prior to the booking.
RESTRICTIONS:
*No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building.
*No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site.
*No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects.
*No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed in the house or near the furniture.
No loud music after 10pm.

INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured.
SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES
Set-up, clean-up, and teardown times should be included as part of your total rental time. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x

Yes, I would book again.
The property was spacious and accommodating, and the pool was great after a long day of filming. The photos exaggerate the size of the property a little, but still plenty of room for our needs. Neighborhood is quiet and Marleine and Joe were very responsive.
