A bright, modern, and sophisticated conference room that can comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests, housed inside a high-design shared workspace. Large windows frame views of Lykes Gaslight Park and Downtown Tampa, saturating the room with natural light and keeping your guests energized and inspired. The room is equipped with a 60" wall-mounted flat-screen monitor for presentations, along with a full whiteboard wall for brainstorming and notes. Our courteous staff will provide technical support and concierge-level assistance throughout your event. Ample garage parking is available on site. Just steps away from the Hillsborough River, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, Courthouse Square, and countless dining and hotel options, our location offers the ultimate in convenience and accessibility. This was the perfect space for our 2023 planning meeting! The views and natural light from all the windows were the biggest win, and kept everyone focused and energized during the long day. We rented the space for a two day training program for dentists and their teams. The conference room and facilities overall were OUTSTANDING. Wifi was was EXCELLENT with no issues. The lobby and kitchen areas were perfect for our needs. The venue is state of the art, clean, and in a GREAT location. Kaela, our host, was INCREDIBLE. She responded promptly to every question and email. When an unexpected glitch came up (the second day of our program (the floor HVAC and water were going to be shut off) she promptly found us a conference room in the building and credited us for items we would not have access to on the first floor, which had been spelled out in our agreement for the 15th floor space. OVERALL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE AND HOST. From start to finish, it was an AMAZING experience and venue. Thank you, Kaela. We look forward to renting from your company again in the future.
