About the Space

Large separate room within a 12,000sf furnished loft. Room is propped to play as a hospital room or doctor's office. Can easily be dressed to play as a patient exam room, physical therapist's office, or any medical setting. High ceilings and 2 windows provide natural light. Main loft can be used for holding and comes with amenities like furniture, props, wifi, sound system, espresso machine, etc. Plenty of parking. Easy load-in with private loading dock. No permit needed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
