About the Space

We have hosted all kinds of gatherings for clients in downtown Denver, ranging from wedding receptions to dinner parties to workshops, art openings, computer hardware and software trainings, classes, castings, and many more. We are located just 10 blocks from the Convention Center, and provide a beautifully custom-design, comfortable, clean, and spacious environment, with la fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom/changing room, lounge and conference table. We also have a wide variety of production supplies available for daily rental, including: + Tables + Chairs + BBQ Grills + Table Linens + Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, Cups + Traffic Cones + Robes, Slippers, Booties + Umbrellas (Golf and Rain) + Megaphones + Walkie-Talkies + Ladders + Much, much more

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Dan was super helpful and responsive. Great space and would book again - If you are recording sound, it's not sound proof and the garage / trains will interrupt quite a bit.

This space was great for what my team and I needed. Dan has thought about almost everything you could want to have in a photography studio. It was super high-tech, had a working kitchen, and space for any clients and account people you have on set.
