Media shoots are considered to be photo or video shoots. Offsites are considered to be meetings of a professional context only. --- ABOUT OUR SPACE Our 3,000 square foot space is located on the top floor of a commercial building in downtown crossing Boston. It features high ceilings, tons of natural light, an open floor plan and modern amenities/decor. It boasts a dining table that comfortably seats 12, 2 folding tables, 20 folding chairs, a seating area with couches & chairs for up to 12, a sound system for music, free wireless, and a kitchen - that would make for a memorable event. Furniture can be moved as long as the request is made prior to booking & it's done with the help of our staff member(s). Any/all furniture must be restored to its original condition at the conclusion of the rental. Fees for reconfiguring the space are based on the nature of the request. If the studio is not restored to its original condition there will be a $100 inconvenience fee assessed. Any/all furniture must be moved by our staff and with advance notice. --- PERMITTED USAGE We've hosted: -Birthday parties -Bridal & baby showers -Religious/political events -Fundraisers -Weddings -Receptions & more. Our guests appreciate how dynamic, unique, and beautiful our space is. There's no other like it. Please note: WE DO NOT HOST ANY GATHERINGS THAT ENTAIL EXCESSIVE PARTYING, ALCOHOL, NOISE OR DRUG USE. We also do not accept any requests for birthdays of 25 years or younger. --- PRICING: Events start at $149 per hour at our space. Price varies based on the # of people that will be in attendance and the day/time of your rental request. Rentals are cheaper during off peak hours which are: Mondays - Fridays before 4PM Saturdays after 1PM Sundays all day There is a 2 hour minimum for all rentals. Event planners/decorators are welcome to setup prior to the event/breakdown after the event @ the rate of $99/hour. These hours should be requested via message so we can issue a custom quote for them. The standard cleaning fee for an event is $150 & there is a $500 refundable security deposit due upon reservation. Should your event require more extensive clean up or should any damages be incurred as a result of your event, they will be automatically charged to your account/removed from your security deposit. Should your event start late, you will not be granted additional time. If your rental exceeds your scheduled end time, you will be charged to the nearest half hour for that time & it must be approved by the staff more than 2 hours in advance. Should you exceed your rental time and not be granted that additional time, you will be charged a $100 inconvenience fee in addition to the additional time incurred at the hourly rate. --- LOCATION: We are located at 33 West Street in Downtown Boston surrounded by all major public transportation options. There is commercial parking directly in front of our building as well as an abundance of parking lots/garages surrounding our space. --- STAFF: You will be assigned a dedicated site manager to care for you & your team throughout the duration of your meeting. They will be present for the entirety of the time you rent our space to help you with anything you're needing or have questions on. Should they not be present, you'll have their phone # to contact them at anytime in case you need anything. --- PRIVACY NOTICE: There is 24/7 audio & video surveillance in our studio. --- POLICIES: All parties must fully agree & comply with a complete list of our space policies prior to their rental.

Great looking space for our video interview! Only thing I would say would be that a table was unexpectedly in our shot and moving it there on the spot would have been a challenge. I know the listing does mention to ask in advance about moving furniture, but would be nice to just have a few more pictures of the space so we know in advance what exactly we may need to request to move in advance.
