At the end of all events clients must fold up all chairs and tables against the wall. No trash should be left on floors. Renters are responsible for any damages to property and or any items during the time venue is rented to renter. No dragging furniture or any other party rental items on floors. No holes in walls, ceilings or floors. No stickers MUSE STUDIOS NYC is not responsible for children and/or adults running and harming themselves as well as any injuries during time Venue is rented to renter. All doors must remain closed. All garbage at the end of all events must be moved to the front area. Kids are not allowed near stair areas in venue Venue will provide tissue and napkins for the bathroom once it is finished, renter is responsible. No one is allowed in balcony area but Dj max capacity in balcony area 4 people Please do not tag location on Facebook invitations, eventbrite or flyers. NO LOITERING No double parking – Any double park cars causing any commotion and interfering with traffic event will end immediately. Please note events that goes to or pass 11pm or event is on a Saturday it will be an additional fee $250
