About the Space

This space receives tons of natural lighting. It has an open floor plan (living room, kitchen, and dining nook/office) that can host up to 10 crew production. An ideal space for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and cooking. KITCHEN The kitchen is ideal for shooting your next delicious culinary creation or lifestyle photos. It features a custom wood range hood that is the main show-stopper of the main floor along with the open shelving and rattan pendant lights to give that open airy boho feel. LIVING ROOM The living room features a bold green statement sofa that can fit at least 4-5 adults comfortably with two extra swivel accent chairs. DINING ROOM/OFFICE The dining room features a light-filled space with a mid-century modern round table and dining chairs with a small office desk to the side for work. INCLUDED IN SPACE * Outdoor Patio Space with a simple cozy design that features a small fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, a Boho Egg Chair, and string lights. * Powder Room CANCELLATION POLICY Please read over the cancellation policy.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I booked Miriam's space for my coworkers to film a sit down interview with someone local to the area, and I could not have found a better place or as wonderful a host as Miriam. Miriam was incredibly communicative and even took extra time to send me some recommendations and photos of the surrounding area so that our team could find a spot to park our RV. I'll definitely look into Miriam's space again should we ever come back to this area to film.
