OUR SPACE is the perfect venue for many different events, with a unique, modern charm, back patio bar and fire pit, flexible open plan seating, and deliciously healthy catering options. CAPACITY Indoors 65 seated for full service meal, 85 standing. Full Buy out capacity is 125 standing with use of patio space included. LOCATED in a popular NE area with easy freeway access and free street parking, our cafe functions as a health foods cafe from 8am-3pm, with booking requests accepted after 2pm all week. We are also able to close early, or for the full day, in order to accommodate special requests during the day. We have hosted everything from small private dinner gatherings, to larger wedding receptions, workshops, bridal showers, birthday parties, engagement parties, large non- profit events, pop-ups and more. The space has a bright, clean, simple decor. You can decorate as long as you take it all down before leaving. INDOORS is fully furnished with 1500 sq ft of open floor-plan seating, two private restrooms, a full kitchen, a full coffee bar, and a kid’s area if needed. OUTDOORS there’s another 1500 sq ft, with a 12 x 12 covered patio bar, table seating, a cozy fire-pit area, and separate private alley exit/ entrance. During the warmer months, the patio is the perfect setting for hosting casual outdoor events. During the cooler eves, it’s perfect for cocktail hour around cozy fire-pit seating. VENUE COST Tier pricing available and increases with additional guests. Garbage is included in most circumstances. Additional costs for the use of food storage, kitchen use, plates, silverware, glassware, dishwasher. ON-SITE CATERING We have on-site catering options avail to fit many needs. If you wish to purchase both food and bar packages, we can create a custom offer for you. $10- 18/ pp Dinner Buffet service, Sit down Family style Meals, Full Service. BAR PACKAGES We have a full liquor license and our Bar Manager will come up with a package that is perfect for your needs. Cocktails, Coffee Drinks, Draft Beers, Wine, Specialty Non-alcoholic + Superfood cocktails. Service and glassware/ ice is included with Bar packages with gratuity of 20%. BYO Booze Bar Service Fee: an OLCC Bar Server is required to serve drinks at $30/ hour per 25 people. 25-49 guests require two servers, and so on. 20% Gratuity will be added to the cost of total Bar service. If you wish to provide non-alcoholic bar drinks only, you may do so on your own, but will need to purchase our glassware and ice. No server fee required, but Barista still avail. Barista also available for Espresso and Smoothie drinks, available for menu cost with a minimum met, and added 20% gratuity. BYO Food You may cater on your own by providing ready to serve meals OR pay for the use of our kitchen space to prepare meals. The final cost will depend on number of guests and equipment needed. Cost of plates/ glassware rental $1 per person plating fee per course, and includes silverware, serving utensils, napkins, and dishwashing. If you need help with service, a server will be provided at $30/ hour per every 25 guests, and added gratuity of 20%. KITCHEN USE There is a full kitchen on site with prep area, convection oven, 3 burners, kitchenware, walk in cooler, appliances and dishwasher. The coffee bar is equipped with a commercial coffee maker, espresso machine, and vitamix. The patio bar is equipped with 6 taps on draft, glassware, and outdoor grill. Garbage service is included with most events*. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
