Our beautiful space with outdoor patio dining area, functions as a community cafe from 8am-3pm and event space after 3pm all week. We provide a thoughtful style of service that adapts with the current times. Out outdoor venue has hosted everything from production shoots and workshops, to corporate off-sites and micro wedding receptions. *Day Time rates (corporate off-sites, etc) are more, please inquire re: special AM events. Garbage + Sanitizing clean up is included in most circumstances, after you remove any decorations and put everything back in order. Use of Fire Pit + Gas Heaters are included in most circumstances. *PLEASE NOTE: In order to eliminate the unnecessary back and forth correspondence, please be forthright with what your needs will be from the start. 1. Event Minimums may depend on the size + scale of your event, and you may be asked to add-on service fees to reach those minimums. 2. We provide catering for meal + bar service and our fees are competitive when sold as a package deal with the space. 3. If you intend to EAT or DRINK anything, even if you bring in your own food and/or drinks from the outside, or with other catering companies, there are ADD-ON fees that need to be reviewed. If you purchase either package from us, the add-ons are waived/ included in the package price. Meal: Kitchen use, storage, prep, heating, plates, flatware, washing, composting Bar: if you provide any alcohol, you must ADD-ON the Bar Service fee of $30/ hr plus 20% gratuity for every 25 persons. CATERING: We have on-site catering options and will create a custom offer for you, always with your safety in mind. Our Attended Buffet service is the most popular, but we also provide sit down dinner meal service. Let's talk. BAR PACKAGES Service and glassware/ ice is included with Bar packages with gratuity of 20% added. Please let us know how many adults will be drinking, and if your preference is more cocktail, wine or beer heavy, or with a mix of all. Average consumption = 1 drink per hour per guest, and we will build a menu / priuce around that, unless requested otherwise. BYO BOOZE Bar Service Fee: an OLCC Bar Server is required to serve drinks at $30/ hour per 25 people. 25-49 guests require two servers, and so on. 20% Gratuity will be added to the cost of total Bar service. If you wish to provide non-alcoholic bar drinks only, you may do so on your own, but you will also need to provide your own glassware or cups, bottles. Barista are available for hire with for a cash Bar or Espresso and Smoothie drinks, with a minimum met (depends on number of guests), and added 20% gratuity. BYO Food You may cater on your own by providing ready to serve meals OR pay for the use of our kitchen space to prepare meals. The final cost will depend on number of guests and equipment needed. If needing our plates/ washing: cost of rental is $1.25 per person plating fee per course, and includes silverware, serving utensils, napkins, and dishwashing. If you need help with service, a server can be provided at $30/ hour per every 25 guests, and added gratuity of 20%, and cost of plates and washing included. KITCHEN USE There is a full kitchen on site with prep area, convection oven, 3 burners, kitchenware, walk in cooler, appliances and dishwasher. If you or your catering service need to utilize the kitchen space for prep, baking, cooking, plating, heating, cooling, washing or storage, the cost is $30/ hr. FEE FOR USE OF BOTH THE BAR AND KITCHEN: $50/hr

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
