All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We provide our clients with the option to have complete creative freedom to make their visions for their event become a beautiful and fun reality! Past clients have booked these events here: paint parties, graduation parties, birthday parties, book signings, listening parties, casino parties, engagement parties, vow renewals, Halloween parties, luncheons, women's brunch events, day parties, board meetings, conferences, and I'm sure I've forgotten a few! Currently, we are only renting the upstairs only. The upstairs main room sits 75 (formal seating) comfortable with an area for the dance floor as well. The second room upstairs has also been used for additional seating (approx. 32 additional), or a lounge room with the bar and sofa seating, and red rope with gold stanchions to really give it the exclusive VIP vibe. The space is located in South Atlanta, 11 minutes from the Hartsfield Airport. It is in a residential area; however, it sits far back off the street with privacy for you and your guests. Parking is limited but we suggest designating a parking director for your events to maximize on parking. There is a separate bathroom with a keyed lock for privacy and a makeup vanity for the host or the setup team to change clothes and keep their valuables safe until the end of the event.

Parking description

Parking is limited. It is suggested to have someone direct parking so that organization amongst cars create more space, have guests carpool and/or uber.

General Rules

We ask that all events and guests are over and have left the property no later than 1:00am. To maintain noise control, guests should not be loitering outside if it is an evening event. If client has a DJ, the DJ must test sound prior to the start of the event to ensure the sound is within the building and not heard outside. Our facility is a wooded area, in a residential area, with pond; therefore, it is not kid friendly. Events must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. There will be additional charges for any additional changes made for the event (for example additional time, additional tables and chairs, etc.) If your caterer or DJ needs tables/chairs, that will be an additional cost. Only the renter can request these items. A 35% nonrefundable booking fee must be paid to reserve your date. Selling of alcohol, paid parking, and fee for entrance for guests (such as paying to enter a party) is not permitted. Tickets to an event such as paint night, etc. is allowed.
