All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Gorgeous 5 bedroom home in quiet Cul-da-sac next to Lake Balboa. Natural light throughout the home. Amazing for filming. The yard is also perfect for crew and crafty set up, music videos, sound healings, yoga, movie nights, charming dinner parties with sweet solar powered fairy lights, and high vibration gatherings. There is a portable fire pit, ping pong table, great white wall for projector, lots of grass and large trees creating privacy, bar b q and a covered patio with table and chairs. The home is fully furnished with a grand piano, big screen TV with direct TV and comfy couches for approved inside gatherings. The home is 1 mile from the 405 & 101. Plenty of street parking too. I would love to host very respectful, high vibration, positive, mature people at my home. 50 guests or less preferred.

Access time begins at the time scheduled – rental time includes load-in, setup, breakdown and cleanup. You’re welcome to come in early, so long as you pay for the amount of time you–AND YOUR VENDORS–are on site.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We had a really good time at my daughter's 6th birthday at Sophia's place. Very spacious - we did put a huge bouncer castle with the slide and still had a huge space for kids to run and play not bothering adults at the table. Great neighborhood, charming night lights, tall trees for privacy, you name it. Ping pong table was a hit, and BBQ worked perfectly! Meat was so delicious, and my picky "BBQ professional" husband had no complains, which is rare :) Sophia was a wonderful host, very kind, helpful and nice to everyone. Thanks a million for the opportunity to have an outdoor party in these hard times!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!
