Our space is perfect for Meetings, Creative Brainstorms, Team Building, and Group Work. This turn of the century, 1910 Craftsman maintains classic character with the addition of a modern look. With ample lighting in every room, great period details, immaculate hardwood floors and large windows. Quaint backyard with garden beds, walnut trees, and patio. Wifi available. Private driveway and on-street parking with no time restrictions (except street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 9am-12pm). Near Lake Merritt, Lakeshore Ave., Grand Avenue, 580, 880, and bus lines to BART.

The location was great for our staff retreat. There was ample street parking. The hosts were accommodating and there to greet us to ensure we had everything we needed. The backyard set-up was also very nice but did not get used as much as we had liked because there was not much shade. The dining chairs do all need to be replaced with something sturdier. They are fine for people under 150 lbs but anyone over will risk breaking the chair. The experience is a little traumatic for the person sitting in the chair.
