All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our facilities are available for rentals for photo/video shoots, rehearsals, auditions, and special events. We have a beautiful 23 x 50 foot sprung, hardwood dance floor with a special finish for dancers enabling you to stick without using rosin. We have 8-foot tall mirrors along one wall and an excellent sound system. Various lighting options are available, including a low, moody lighting and select studio lights for photoshoots. We also have a small back office with a Pilates Reformer and an adjustable massage/chiropractic table. We do also have four aerial points that are available on request so that pieces involving both dance and aerial can be rehearsed in one location.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Space was clean, they were friendly, and the studio is beautiful! Also in a very quiet area so it made it easy to shoot sound!

We LOVED this space! Kristina was so nice and accommodating to us. The studio has a great feel to it, and the air conditioning and speaker system kept us going! We are definitely going to rent again, 10/10. Thank you!
