- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Host your next meeting, event, or team building exercise in the 650 sq. foot Mississippi room. Located on the Meeting Room Level of the hotel, it is very convenient to get to from the entrance. The Mississippi room can be split into two rooms for increased flexibility of space, perfect for interviews and more. It can fit up to 75 people, depending on setup. Contact us for catering and A/V details. No outside food or beverage allowed. The room can be rented by half the space or the full space. $150 per half space or $300 total for 4 hours. $100 per additional hour. Also ask about our Des Plaines River Room (648 sq.ft) and Illinois River Room (646 sq.ft). Both are located on the ML level and are ideal for meetings and events. The pricing is $100/hr with a hour minimum.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
