Located in the heart of downtown San Jose, our club house offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 60 people with full kitchenette and break out space. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 36 - Conference Room Table - Additional Open Seating - Pool View - Shuffleboard - Pool Table - Wifi - Flat screen TVs - Kitchenette equipped with sink and mini fridge - Restrooms FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite, but all catering services can be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No banners, marketing messages or signage may be posted. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Beautiful space and was perfect for our baby shower! We had about 20 guests and it was so helpful to have ample seating/table space and sink/fridge available! Easy to hook up the television to our laptop. Great venue!

Loved this space. Booked for a family holiday party. Enough dining space and seats for all 35 of us. Kids had fun with the pool table and space to run around. Super clean and temperature kept perfect for us. Recommendation: provide clear instructions to guests on how to locate the clubhouse. Everyone got lost including myself. Best entrance is on Bush St, building 3.

The space was wonderful, spacious, very clean and a great space for hosting a baby shower! The only downside is difficulty with parking--as any nearby street parking during the weekend is by permit only, except for a few spots here and there that are 2 hour parking spots. There's Caltrain parking nearby, but be aware that if there are any events by SAP center, they may close the lot. So check the SAP website for any events before booking your event if parking might be an issue. Otherwise, great space!

I don't live in town so I took a chance and booked this space without doing an actual walk through. Not a great idea, but fortunately, it lived up to my expectations. The lounge looked exactly like it did in the listing photos and online 3D tour so there were no surprises when I showed up. We hosted a baby shower with about 50 guests and the open space was more than adequate with enough seating/tables, and counter/kitchen space. The on-site management staff was very friendly and responsive to all my requests before my event and the maintenance team on the day of my event was also very helpful. I give the overall booking experience 5 stars, but I'm taking 1 star off due to the following inconveniences: there is no on-site parking, entrance to the building requires key fob entry (meaning you will need to come open the door every.single.time a guest arrives), and lastly there is no restroom within the lounge space (guests will need to use the restroom inside the on-site gym which is right next door, but also requires a key fob for entry). This might seem like a minor inconvenience, but it 's something to keep in mind if you will be using the space to hold an event for a large group of guests... on top of hosting my event, I also ended up being the "key warden" and constantly passing out key fobs/making sure the keys didn't get lost.
