Versatile enough to host groups up to 40 people with full kitchenette and break out space. Please no pets or emotional service animals are allowed in the Space. Excellent place, parking is difficult (beware of this, it is manageable but a bit inconvenient), huge venue, plenty of space, lots of outlets, counter space, multiple rooms, pool table. 5 out of 5 stars overall. Wonderful people. Make sure you arrange a time to meet someone as the office is by appointment only. I will definitely be booking this again! Everyone LOOVED this place

The venue is exactly as described. I would definitely book this place again in the future. My guests had a lot of fun, and it was a great space. The only drawbacks are that there is limited parking and all the entrances (including the restroom) require fob key, which there are only two. But this was described and explained clearly from the beginning.

3.5/5. Space overall is as described and looks like the photos online. Wish they had communicated before hand to pick up the keys in the leasing office. They also gave us papers to tape ourselves saying the space was reserved, it wouldn’t been nice if those signs were already posted to avoid the awkwardness of asking ppl that were there already to leave.

The space was perfect for my baby’s first birthday with 45 guests today. Best part about it was the staff at the office!!! They were so nice and helpful!! I’ll definitely be renting this place again for our future family gatherings.

The space is great for a party where you want to have comfortable spaces that are slightly separated for smaller groups of people to gather, while also being large enough to have the full group come together in the main space. Having a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave is also a bonus. They were very flexible in letting us bring in an outside vendor to serve coffee at the event, which we very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend it as an event space based on how the room looks and how it functions, however you definitely want to give good instructions on where to find the correct entrance to your guests, as we noted it on our invitation and had a sign out, and most were still unable to find it without assistance. I would not hesitate to book the space again if I need to host something in the area. The only negative for us, and why it is not a five-star rating, was that when we were given access to the space, we had to do quite a bit of cleanup from the party before us. They had not followed the directions on how to clean up after their event concluded, and it appeared staff hadn't come by to check on the state of the space before our reservation time started. The available bathrooms for use with the rental are in the fitness center next door to the Clubhouse, and they were also very messy/dirty and not cleaned by staff for our event, even after we called the office and requested help, so one of my co-hosts had to clean it enough to be presentable. I want to believe that it's not typical to find the room and bathrooms in the state we did, but it cut into the time we had to set up and is something that should be looked at for future events by Avalon staff.

Pros: Very nice maintained location. Very bright and Roomy. It feels luxurious and expensive Cons: you have to tell your visitors to come on the 3rd Building and open the door for them because it only comes with one key. The bathroom is also located on the gym beside the area, which you also have to access using the same tap key for the door. Overall: it is pleasant and relaxing.

I'm so happy to have come across this space! It was perfect for our event - pretty, spacious, and versatile. It was nice to have a place for people to just hang out, but also the bonus of the pool/other game table. The hosts were nice and communicative, and we definitely feel we got the best bang for our buck!
