- A COI with liability coverage of up to $1,000,000 is required.
- Guests can book with any vendor with approval.
- Wine and Beer are welcome with an ABC Permit: $100
- Hosting high occupancy events require two San Jose Fire Department Marshalls for Fire Watch: $310/hr
- No open flame candles, incense, or sparklers. Only votive candles in glass containers are permitted with an Open Flame Permit.
- The use of nails, tacks, pushpins, or adhesive tape is not permitted on any surfaces of the interior and exterior of the building. Blue Painters tape permitted in some areas of the space.
- A cleaning checklist will be presented to the renters, service providers, and caterers before the end of the event. The Event Manager must sign off on all cleanup. Facilities are professionally cleaned after each event the cleaning fee is $150.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The space is 25,000 sq. ft. located downtown San Jose, perfect if your guests are coming from offices nearby or one of the many nearby hotels. The walls feature over 70 murals creating a fantastic backdrop bringing local flair to events or productions. There is a large central stage and access to a projector to individualize events. The ample floor space makes this location perfect for corporate networking events, sit-down banquets, screenings, productions, retail pop-ups.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
