About the Space
Our theater is located in the historic Marathon Village (formerly Marathon Motor Works) in downtown Nashville (1.3 miles from city center), just blocks from the Broadway strip and along I-40. The theater comfortably seats up to 99 people and our separate full bar holds 49 people. There is also a green room available. We've left the exposed heavy timber, 13-foot ceilings and concrete floors which create a perfect rustic, industrial feel. Please note: this rate does not apply to evening rentals on weekends.

Luke and his team were great to work with! The building itself was great and the location is even better in person. Minus one star only due to how loud the area is. It made it difficult to film as we had to stop a few times and restart. There is a tasting room nearby so you may get crowds of drunk people roaming through the halls. Otherwise would book again for photo!

Luke and his team were extremely helpful – a special shoutout to the technician, Jones! He handled all of the lighting for us and made things an absolute breeze. The space was exactly what we were looking for and was next door to a lovely sandwich stop that my crew could stop into for our lunch break. We would definitely come here again!

Luke was fantastic and easy to work with from the beginning and took time to let us tour the space before our filming date. We didn't use the theater room but actually the adjacent bar area next door which was a great backdrop for our video. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating is because we had a couple issues with people (mostly staff or building workers) trying to come in the back entrance and knocking on the door while filming. There are also offices above the space so you'll occasionally here people walking on the wood floors and water running through pipes. It wasn't persistent enough to ruin our shoot, but if you're planing to capture audio, be prepared to have to work with some background noise. Overall great experience and would still book again knowing what we know.
