This Eventspace combines a rustic church with the modern Hampden vibe. Great for a Holiday Party, Baby Shower, Cocktail Party, or Reception. Conveniently located on "The Avenue" in Hampden surrounded by restaurants and shops, our space combines the local flare with our historic venue. This venue is perfect for events both big and small. The flexible space includes comfortable seating, quality furnishings, professional audio and video systems, several lounge seating areas, breakout rooms and a venue manager to help you during the day of your event. The whole property can accommodate up to 150 guests, the lower level space can accommodate 70-100 guests, and our connecting property can accommodate up to 30 guests.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. location was perfect. Josh was on point and in constant communication from day one. Last minute booking; no problem. Need to add people to invited list; no problem. The space(s) we used were as pictured/advertised. We had pretty much everything there we needed to film a music video and scenes for a web series in a couple of hours. Will definitely be using this locale and Peerspace again in the very near future.

I threw my husband a 40th birthday party on the lower level of the CoBalt space and we had a great time! There was plenty of furniture to work with and the space is great. I brought in catering, hired a bartender (they require you to), and hired a DJ (Josh gave me a reco for one and he was fantastic!). You have to break down and clean up the space yourself at the end of the event, but that wasn’t too bad. I would definitely book here again!
