Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I rented this space for two hours for a film interview. It's a great space and perfect for what I needed. My interview subject even complimented the look of the venue when she walked in There are a couple of smaller rooms in the back that could also be used for such purposes or meetings, but I ended up using the bigger room in front. I loved the layout and lighting. And I definitely think it's a great spot for a small group meeting/activity during Covid restrictions. PK, the office manager, greeted me and was very helpful and nice. I was traveling from out of town and wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first time using Peerspace. PK even responded to a couple of phonecalls about concerns I had, given protesting/curfews, days before. I'll definitely keep it in mind for any future things I do.

Awesome space! We held a premier there and there was plenty of room for our guests to chat and enjoy the cocktail hour. We easily sat 35 guests and set up a projector/speakers that we brought with us to the space.

This was a such a beautiful space to host our Galentine's Day sound bath! We had plenty of space to setup and spread out, clean facilities with incredible acoustics for the sound bath. So many guests complimented us on the venue and are considering it for their future events. Jacleen was always prompt in answering any questions and kindly adjusted our booking time for us. A representative met us to allow us into the space, explained the facilities amenities/key features to us, helped with the lighting and waited patiently while we were putting all the furniture back in place that took a few extra minutes. Some guests had difficulty parking and dealing with meters, but we did suggest carpooling or taking a Lyft to attendees. Overall, amazing experience with this venue and would definitely book it again!
