Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. See Additional Terms section below for more information.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The space is a play and gathering space, located in the Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia. We have hosted private events from birthday parties to showers to photo shoots and weddings. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. The Space: •The first level is a spacious open layout with a large 4 stall, kid-friendly restrooms. •The mezzanine level overlooks the lower level, and includes a kitchen and large community table for guests to gather. •We also have two private rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, overlooking the entire space. •We can fit up to 250 guests comfortably, and are handicap accessible. Uses: •Kids Birthday Parties •Getting Together •Celebrations •Private Events •Networking Events •Showers
