There are 2 large parking structures as well as a lot just north of the building ($5-$13 for the day). Metered street parking on Spring, Main, and Los Angeles can generally be found outside peak times.

- No smoking or vaping - No pets (They're cute! But allergies are unfortunately a thing.) - Hosts may pop in and out, but will stay out of the way - Use of kitchen is allowed, including a shelf's worth of fridge space. Please be considerate of non-stick surfaces and glassware. - No loud music after 11pm. - Furniture can be moved upon request - Shoes must be removed upon entry (this is for cleanliness and sanitation for the enjoyment of all. Downtown can get a little grimy.) - Production must stay in unit - All rentals include set up and teardown time - Overtime will incur hourly rate x 1.5 - Additional guests may push the hourly rate into the next pricing tier - Unit should be left as it is found. Anything over an hr of cleaning will incur an additional $30/person/hr - Renter is responsible for any damaged property. Having your own insurance is suggested if there is a concern of damage. Hours booked must include setup and cleanup time. Time ends when the last person in your production leaves the studio. Rates listed are for photography/film productions with 10 persons or less on site and light load of equipment/props/etc to bring in. Equipment load is determined by the following: Light load - everything fits into a standard sedan including trunk space Medium load - everything fits into a standard 9ft cargo van Heavy load - anything requiring more than a 9ft cargo van (such as grip trucks, super cubes, multiple vans/cars, etc) Any shoots with more than light equipment load and/or more than 10 persons on site will incur additional charges. To determine what the charges will be, please discuss the details of your shoot with us prior to booking our space. (Extra charges are due to the heavy impact of the shoot and the amount of people moving through our building when a large production is on-going, which will cause our building owner to charge the production crew a separate fee. This separate fee does NOT get charged to productions with light equipment load and less than 15 people on site.) For music videos: Live instruments are not allowed. Music playback is available through the studio's speakers and must be kept at a reasonable volume so as to not disturb the other tenants within our building. For filming/audio recording: Please note that our studio is located in the heart of downtown LA, so some street-level sounds may be audible during your shoot as this is standard for any loft-based location in the city. We are located on the 8th floor, so outside noise is significantly less than being in a street-level studio. Please inquire for full booking terms and conditions. Thanks for considering our space!
