About the Space
In the heart of the East Village, one block from Saint Marks Place. A large furnished four bedroom apartment, with a massive living room, suitable for anything from photography and filming, to art openings. The white walls, 12 foot ceilings, and large windows with ample natural lighting create a great atmosphere. The aesthetic of the apartment has an antique feel and furniture can be rearranged as needed. Rates for events on holidays and holiday weekends will be 50 dollars an hour more than the listed price. New Years Eve will be 100 dollars an hour more.
