This creative meeting space is suitable for client meetings, team workshops, social events or tech meetups. Furnished with a functional conference table and comfortable Eames arm chairs, the space can accommodate 8-10 people. Sliding glass doors on three sides can open up the room to be more spacious and inviting. Additional space adjacent to the meeting space can be available for larger social events for up to 60 people. Amenities included: • Use of dry-erase board, Smart TV, PolyCom, Wi-Fi • Bathroom/kitchen access, use of beverage carafes, napkins, cups, plates, utensils • Filtered drinking water • Assistance with event planning for meetups and social events can be arranged for additional fee (please inquire). Right in the heart of the Mission neighborhood: • Street parking available • Convenient for Uber or Lyft pick-up and drop-off • Easy access to 101 and close to Safeway, Best Buy, Office Max, UPS, etc. • 10 mins walk from 16th Street & Mission BART. • 10-15 mins walk to Mission hotspots like Commonwealth, Mission Bowl, Blue Bottle Coffee, Heath Ceramics, Southern Pacific Brewery, etc.
• No smoking or pets allowed. • Day and evening use only, no overnight stays permitted. • Door access upon arrangement after booking is confirmed. • For social events serving alcohol, Event Insurance that includes Host Liquor Liability is required and will be the responsibility of the renter.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
