All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Tucked away in the hill, this romantic little designer home is ideal for your next production shoot or event. The traditional, white-bricked home has two beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms and an open-concept kitchen flooded with natural light. The secluded and private backyard holds 30-40 people, with a large rustic dining table that can seat 12 comfortably, and a very large spa perched on an overlook. The property is available for film shoots, photo shoots, commercials, meetings, interviews, retreats, outdoor dinner and garden parties. Conveniently located just off the 405 freeway in Sherman Oaks, you’re just a short walk to Whole Foods, Sherman Oaks Galleria, Cost Plus World Market, and all the restaurants and shops Ventura Boulevard has to offer. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
Stephanie's house was beautiful. We shot mostly outdoors on the lovely patio. Stephanie was fantastic and so nice to our clients and crew. She was very accommodating to all our needs, loved shooting there!
