All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

-Please provide event details to include the number of guests, type of event, any outside equipment requirements and supplies to include but not limited to alcohol, weapons, or any supplies that may cause harm to the environment.
-Please advise and request approval for additional furnishings or equipment
We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs.
We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space.
Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance.
Parking is available in the lot outside of the clubhouse.
All ages are allowed in the space

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
Very easy booking and constant communication to make sure all my needs and wants were met for my event at their establishment. They were kind and respectful. The entire house is beautiful, there wasn’t a single spot that went “unphotographed”, they had bottles of water awaiting us which was CLUTCH haha cause I’m always talking and getting thirsty at my events, if you’re looking for amazing spot to host an event, 11/10 would recommend this location.
