Counter Culture is comprised of two floors - the ground level is a wide open 1700 sf space that is covered in Art from more than 50 contemporary artists. The second, elevator accessible, lower level is a modern industrial space containing a bathroom and kitchenette. Rent only what you need! Hourly/Buyout options for one floor or both! GROUND LEVEL HOURLY RATE Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - $200 Fri, Sat, Sun - $250 per hour Full Day Buyout Ground Level (12 Hours): $1,500 LOWER LEVEL HOURLY RATE Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - $100 per hour Fri, Sat, Sun - $200 per hour Full Day Buyout Lower Level (12 Hours): $1,000 BOTH LEVELS HOURLY RATE Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - $350 per hour Fri, Sat, Sun - $400 per hour TOTAL BUYOUT: Total Buyout option is 12 full hours on site. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - $2,500 Fri, Sat, Sun - $3,000 - Weddings, Conferences, Birthday Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Art Shows/Galleries, Reunions, Meetings & More.
