About the Space
The Suites DC is a multi-use event space located near Union Market in the heart of Washington, DC. Our event space holds 20 - 30 people. It has individual suites that include a photography studio, a beauty room, and two conference areas. Our space can accommodate a wide range of events, from bridal and baby showers to workshops, photoshoots, and launch parties. The Suites is a cost-friendly space, perfect for events and located in a convenient and easy to get to area of DC.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I have a great 30 birthday dinner party! Everything ran smoothly and the place is so beautiful. It’s truly a gem and I will be booking for future events. Also the staff and communication were A1!

This space is really beautiful with great style. We rented it for a few hours to film an interview segment for a documentary series, and there were multiple great options within this space to choose from for the setting. The host was also very accommodating and easy to work with to set everything up. We would absolutely rent this space again and recommend it to anyone.

What attracted me to the Suites DC versatility is the space offered, each space or "Suite" seemed to have its own theme. I booked the space for an Engagement shoot, I was really drawn to the green wall with the birdcage, the different couches, and the black and white interior. When my fiancé and I arrived at the suites we were greeted by a gentleman who let us ask if we need anything and that he would return after our rental was over. I was immediately impressed by how well-lit and beautiful the space was. The photos did a great job of capturing the space but it looks better in person. Each "suite" has a slightly different vibe and aesthetic but works together. What's great about this is for a photoshoot like ours it makes each photo taken in a different suite seem like you are in a different place, it's incredible. Overall we had a great time at the suites. The pictures turned out better than our wildest dreams. I highly recommend this space for a photoshoot or any other purpose. It's a beautiful space with professional staff.

Beautiful space! There's so much more to the space than what is pictured. It is clean, well appointed with lots of unique character. It is a great space for a shoot or event. That said it is a little hard to find. There's no signage. But once you've found it-- you found a gem! Also, I do my best to support Black owned businesses and venues. I believe this is one!
