Parking is available in an adjacent grassy lot. The lot is fenced. 30-40 cars can fit into the lot. Extensive street parking is also available.

HOUSE RULES NEIGHBORS Our relation with our neighbors is our #1 priority. This implies: ** No noise or loitering crowds on the public streets around our venue. ** If you are in the parking lot or at your car you are either coming or departing the venue. ** Outdoor photo and video only by permission. ** Absolutely no activities outside after dark. GUNS Absolutely NO GUNS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF OUR FACILITY for any reason and any deviation from this will result in shutting down of the event. The only exception to this is licensed and marked security personnel. ALCOHOL Use of alcohol at social events is by permission. If we permit alcohol, you not your guests must provide the alcohol and serve it responsibly. Your guests ARE NOT permitted to bring their own alcohol into our facility, and doing so will be grounds to end your event. SECURITY Arrangements for security are at our discretion. For some events pat down security will be required. PARKING If you have one hundred guests or more you must have a designated parking attendant. TRASH: take it with you or deposit in the Green Dumpster in the alley on the Alden Street side of the building. PLEASE respect us and our neighborhood and don't leave trash on our floors, our street or sidewalk! SMOKING Smoking is not permitted. If guests do smoke a cleaning charge of $200 will be assessed. COOKING No open flame or frying is permitted. Cooking by permission. Catered food is permitted. You are responsible for your caterer and the return of our facility to the condition you found it. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. TABLES AND CHAIRS Request use of tables and chairs ahead of time and return tables and chairs to where you found them. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. No cooking is allowed in the Corner Studio. Only catered food is permitted. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
