The Starrett Apartment Avoid the hustle bustle of the old studios and rehearse in the calm of a pristine luxury midtown apartment. Steinway Grand Piano (Model L) in a beautiful, recently renovated modern, minimalist apartment living room. Pin-drop quiet and space for 2-4 people, in addition to pianist. Piano is consistently tuned. Features: • Steinway Model L Grand Piano (manufactured 1976), with rebuilt Hamburg Steinway Renner action. Piano is tuned regularly. • Rehearsal equipment: music stands, music stand lamps, pencils • Access to kitchen: Water glasses, filtered water • Bar in kitchen can seat up to 6 people for a meal (both sides of the bar) I will be onsite to check you in and set up the room.

What a wonderful experience! Scott was an A+ host. Easy check-in, immaculate and well designed space in a fantastic neighborhood, and the piano was perfection. Scott even had it tuned before we arrived. Zero complaints and would absolutely rent this space again!!
