All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description

Street parking is usually easy otherwise there are two parking lots within a block or two of the space.

General Rules

Operating from 9am to 11pm SMOKE & FIRE No fog, smoke, mist machine or special effects type machine will be permitted without written consent of the Venue. Use of such equipment may require a permit and or official from the City of New york Fire Marshal and licensed fire technician to be present during use of such equipment. All associated fees will be the responsibility of User. All fire exists must remain clear and unobstructed at all times.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
