All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description
Tons of free parking right out front of the office, which leads to the Studio. The front parking is on the east side of the building, just off of Hinson Street. Also, even more free parking in the back with a direct entryway door to the Studio.

General Rules
Studio Rules & Policies
• Overage time is not guaranteed as other booking might be after.
• Absolutely no marijuana/cannabis products (including vapes) usage on the property.
• No Drugs / Alcohol
• No Adult Content (PG-13)
Studio Damage & Repair Fees
• Cleaning Fee (If studio is not returned to original condition)$75

OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I had an all around great first experience at JMP force studio location! Me and my family shot our family portraits here this weekend. Also, the customer service was great. I was hoping for SPEEDLIGHTS but the continuous lights worked just as great! Thank you for letting us book with you guys! I’d definitely recommend this studio for others and would love to book again!

We booked a session at the studio with the add-on professional photographer service. It was a wonderful experience. The studio had everything that we needed and Tyler was an extremely professional photographer who was able to get all of the shots that we needed. I highly recommend this studio and its photographer!

I can’t say enough great things about this studio space, the energy in the space and their team- but I will try because I’m finding ways to thank them additionally. Everyone should take time to check out this space and meet the team behind it- they will do their best to provide above and beyond because it’s not just about “business” to them , it’s about community and supporting filmmakers. Producing our project here was one of the best studio experiences in my 12+ years of production (while working in LA and LV). We rented the studio for a photo and video shoot and we hired their in house photography services. I could not be happier about the experience as whole. We loved the space layout and amenities (complimentary snacks too!!) , the gear, Tyler, his photography skills and the art we made. Incredibly professional, accommodating, and great attitude from location scout to wrap . I look forward to having reasons and creating reasons to film there again!
