Beautiful, sunny, high-ceilinged studio space in Berkeley (Elmwood). Wood floors, heat, A/C, and WiFi. Loft area with comfy couches and chairs. Used as kids’ yoga studio. Available for day or evening rental for classes, events, or performances on a one-time or ongoing basis. Great for photo shoots. Typically $75/hour, negotiable for longer commitments.

I had my kid’s 7th birthday here. First, Josh is very nice and easy going. Everything is set up clean and simple. The space is great, there was age appropriate items for them, and all kids had a great time. It’s great to have an affordable, simple, and welcoming place to have a get together.

The space was perfect. We had to change plans quickly due to rain. This space was perfect for my daughter’s 5 year old birthday party. Plenty of space for the kids to play and a wonderful open space. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Super fun space for. a kids birthday party. We had to find a place last minute bc of a potential weather issue. They were super accommodating, friendly and prepared. Easily fit a 40 person adult / kid party with room to spare for circus performers. Highly recommend this space for kid/adult combos. Very clean. Lots of kid activities, seating, tables. Thank you!

We rented the space for our son's 7th birthday party with around 25-30 guests (including adults). The space is cheerful, immaculately clean and wonderfully arranged (we had use of the sound system, there is a bathroom and plenty of ways to decorate it without potentially damaging anything). The hosts were wonderful to work with - scheduling was a breeze and we would highly recommend this space. Parking on the street may seem a bit complicated, but it's not a major issue. Overall, the location and the space itself are both excellent and we couldn't be happier.
