Beautiful, sunny, high-ceilinged studio space in Berkeley (Elmwood). Wood floors, heat, A/C, and WiFi. Loft area with comfy couches and chairs. Used as kids’ yoga studio. Available for day or evening rental for classes, events, or performances on a one-time or ongoing basis. Great for photo shoots. Typically $65/hour, negotiable for longer commitments.

I hosted a small chamber music concert for some friends at this venue - the space was perfect for it and Josh was great to work with and super helpful for making the event a success. It didn't end up being a problem, but do note when considering your own guest count that the venue only has one restroom. I would gladly book here again - it's a beautiful space in a convenient location with a gracious host - highly recommend!
