Pristine and bright white box gallery and showroom space in the heart of chelsea that is perfect for your event, private fashion showroom, gallery show, photoshoot, classes or workshops. You have access to small storage in the space and kitchen access for catered events. Their is a restroom, freight elevator and passenger elevator access on the floor.
We require a Certificate of Insurance for every booking. To serve a full bar, you would have to hire a licensed caterer who can obtain a daily caterer's license. To serve beer, wine or champagne you can obtain your own daily permit. There is a mandatory walk-through before and after every booking. Space can host a maximum of 150 guests (standing) including event staff. In order to host an event, you must provide your own set up and clean up crew. We do not have a range or oven. Events past 10om M-F and 4pm on Saturday/Sunday incur $250/hr Elevator Fee. If the event exceeds 100 people an addt charge of $90.50/hr for Fire Safety Director.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
