Step inside our magnificent 2500 SqFt loft located in the heart of Chelsea. This late 19th century loft space offers a 15 foot vaulted ceiling which extends nearly 80 ft in length and boasts both Southern and Western exposures which flood the space with continuous sunlight throughout the day. The space will inspire both the professional and the inner child in you: stimulating early stage creativity and providing the resources to fully realize your concept to its conclusion. Pick up a Fender guitar and strum a few chords as you conceptualize; use our Virtuality Reality station as brain fog settles to break the day up and recharge, or simply turn the volume up on dreamy group mediation and reset yourself. Think of our lofts not just as your daily rental, but also as your personal or group sanctuary for the day. The loft is production friendly and the perfect place for you to shoot, showcase, host or create. Additionally, you have the option of renting our second loft, having the entire building at your disposal. This is when events can get multi-dimensional as you host your formal sit down dinner and cocktail upstairs, only to and invite your guests one floor down to where the real party awaits. Accessibility: We are easily accessible from all parts of the city with the subway located right outside our door, and just steps away from both union square and the westside highway. White Glove service: Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. As your team arrives the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. After the production, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment. COI is mandatory for all events, productions and offsite meetings.
