Our space provides a hip, fun, and unique atmosphere for private parties and corporate events. We are located in the heart of downtown, adjacent to the convention center, and blocks away from Austin's busiest districts. Our design incorporates post-industrial modern elements, with copper accents and soft greenery. In additional to our craft beer made on site, we offer wine, cider (gluten-free), coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages at standard menu pricing. Outside food catering is permitted. A full-service caterer is required for groups larger than 50 people. In lieu of catering staff, we charge a $150 Food Service fee (per day) for food set up, maintenance, and clean up. Rental includes 13 wooden tables with benches, 25 black chairs, wifi, Epson projector with screen (HDMI connection), and Shure handheld microphone. The space is fully ADA accessible. *SXSW Pricing applies for March 10-19, 2023. Please inquire about a customized quote. Capacity: Cocktail Reception 100ppl, Seated 60ppl, Classroom Facing Projector 40ppl. PARKING: We are located on the ground retail floor of a City of Austin public parking garage (601 East 5th St.). Standard rates are $10-15/day. Metered parking is available on nearby streets and we are one block from the Downtown Capital Metro station.

We had our first annual company all-hands for around 35 people and lucked out to have chosen this amazing spot. The process was seamless and Haley was extremely quick to respond and had everything ready to go as soon as we stepped on site. The place was perfect for what we needed (layout, screen, zoom, area for breakouts and lunch) along with having David on site, we could not have had a better first day as a team. Shout to David for being truly part of our team and making everything go perfectly day of. Plan to use this space again for our future events.

Haley was an amazing host. This space came exactly as advertised/photographed. The Audio/Video capabilities for this space is top notch and was everything our group of 35+ needed for a team planning/offsite. We were able to present/project and handle everything without issues.
