About the Space
Resort style home near Red Rock Canyon. Large downstairs open space kitchen and family room Downstairs bedroom for changing and bathroom. Enter the home through a beautiful courtyard with water fountain This is NOT a suitable location for large house parties. No DJ's. No Overnight stays We remain on the premises during your event and are available to provide assistance if needed. Two separate entries from home into resort backyard with waterfall, entertainment area/TV, fire table and rock lined pool/spa with plenty of space to hold an outdoor event. A lot of privacy and no house behind. House is located at the end of a quiet street with plenty of cul de sac parking and only 1 mile from Red Rock Resort Hotel for convenience with overnight guests 215 beltway 1 mile, and McCarron about 12 miles, local park less than a mile. Yes, the host was very responsive Yes, the space exceeded expectations The space was used to celebrate my daughter's Doctor Degree in Pharmacy Larry was a gracious host! The property was immaculate and very well maintained. Larry was very accommodating, Since, I lived out of town. I was searching all over trying to find several disposable coolers that morning for pops and waters. By the time Larry saw my message I was late for my event. However, the host had provided us with the use of his coolers. I can see why Larry is considered a Power Host with Peerspace. I would highly recommend any who needs space for an event contact, Larry. Note, that this section of the review is for the Peerspace team. There was a slight disconnect between Larry and myself. Peerspace didn't provide a place where I could share my personal information with the owner. For instance, phone number and personal email address. Therefore, the host Larry and I couldn't give each other our full expectations. Seeing that this was my first time using the event planning services. Thank you, Joanne

The host Larry was awesome! Would definitely recommend booking this space. The property was clean, well lit, and he even provided access to wii fii and sound. The house was perfect for our photoshoot. The inside and outside is a great source for furnished and well decorated spaces.

If I could leave Larry 10 stars I would. From day 1 of inquiring about the space, to assisting us on the event day itsef, Larry was super amazing! He was so fast in responding, so patient in answering all my questions, and very flexible. I’m a new mom and I was planning my wedding’s reception from another state. It could be challenging to do all communication online, but I was lucky to have bumped into his listing. His property is so beautiful. The backyard looks so nice that we only had minimal decor in the party. He’s such a wonderful host that he always checked on us and even took care of the music. Larry has such great energy that my married cousin in law said she’d get married again and book his house as the reception! Haha Thank you again for all the help Larry, you made our wedding day magical!

Larry’s house is so beautiful and perfect for our pre wedding event. Larry is a great host and we all had an amazing time. we had some trouble connecting to the Sonos speakers but other than that everything else was great. Highly recommend this place.

Our team used this space for a short film for one of our clients. We really enjoyed the house and backyard with included pool. Home was clean and beautiful. Larry was an exceptional host and was super responsive and helpful from start to finish. We definitely will be using this space in the future. Highly recommend.
