About the Space
Centrally located in San Francisco's historic Yosemite Place Building, our 1,000 sq ft studio is a great space for food, product, still life and portrait photography. Our Portola Place neighborhood is filled with artists, crafts people and designers, including tabletop prop shops. Local eateries Craftsmen & Wolves and Fox & Lion Bread are just 2 blocks away for all day catering. • Easy commute from all directions - just off Hwy 101, exit Silver Ave. • Daylight or blackout curtains • Fully equipped kitchen has 2 refrigerators with freezers, induction stove and most appliances • Includes one gated parking space and free all day street parking is available nearby. • Drive-in loading docks and freight elevators • Grip package included with rental • Fast and reliable fiber optic internet service • Separate rooms with 12 foot ceilings plus added ventilation for a safer workplace • Professionally cleaned
