This spacious facility is located in Beverly and is perfect for small intimate gatherings, family meetings, holiday parties, corporate meetings, office parties, seminars, training classes, and children's parties. Equipped with Free Wi-Fi, smart televisions, chairs, and tables. Open space perfect for PowerPoint presentations and all-day symposiums. No smoking, No alcohol, No Profanity or unclean music, no music with profane language is allowed in the facility. No bouncy houses allowed in the facility. Please respect these policies. COVID-19 Policies ——————————- Masks are required for all guests. Temperatures will be taken by Facilities Managers for all rentals to ensure safety; All guests with temperatures above 99.0°F will be asked to leave the facility. Facilities Managers & Staff will monitor all rentals to ensure COVID-19 policies are followed, and assist guests as needed.
