About the Space
Our conference room offers space to host meetings, interviews, lunch-ins, teaching sessions, and more. The flexibility to rearrange tables and chairs allows comfortable seating for up to 25 people. Features includes: TV with connection to laptop Podium Adjustable AC Whiteboard, Access to restroom A short walk down the street will take you to multiple great restaurants/cafes/coffee shops. Flexible scheduling may be available outside of regular hours. Inquire about catering if desired. Outside snacks/beverages welcomed.

General Rules
We have just a few house rules:
1) When booking the Conference Room, there is NO access to cafe or coworking spaces.
2) We ask that you tidy the room before you leave. Please take great care of our space. A trashcan is provided to you. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Beyond that, we will take care of sanitizing between each usage.
3) There are two doors that open up into our coworking and designated desk spaces, we ask that you keep the doors closed while the room is in use. We strive to maintain an environment where all our of members and visitors can feel productive - so we ask that you keep those doors closed to keep noise transfer to a minimum.
4) Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are constantly disinfecting high traffic areas (door knobs, desks, handles, remotes, etc), as well as maintaining the high level of cleanliness that we have strive for even pre-pandemic. We have UV light that we also use throughout the day (especially after conference room usage) to ensure that no germs are left behind. We require all members, employees, and visitors to wear masks when moving throughout the building. This includes our main office area, stairwells, our cafe, hallways, and bathroom. We also ask that you limit interaction in these areas (even while masked) to help stop the spread of any potential harmful germs.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.
This is a wonderful location to conduct business meetings. I have been trying to find a location like this, until I find an office space. It is very affordable and clean.
