Steven was great. Because of Covid we had to work through some issues and he made the process seamless. The actual room is outstanding. I highly recommend it

The space was nice. My original appointment which was accepted had to be changed after it was later declined. When I inquired about why it was declined, I was told because it was otherwise booked for the entire day. This was after I had received an accept message. You would think they would know whether the space is reserved or not before accepting my reservation. As a result, I had to move the date to Sunday which led to a smaller turn out than the people who accepted the invite for that Saturday. That was disappointing because money was wasted. I could've gotten a much smaller space for $25. Everything else was pretty good.

Conference room was great. Receptionist/office manager was very nice and allowed me to view the room prior to reservation. internet and cables all worked well, making the use of my technology easy. The distance is a good ways from our office but I think the team felt it was worth the drive. Overall awesome booking experience. Easy, friendly. Thumbs up Steven!
