OVERTIME We offer a 15 minute grace period to exit. Overtime is charge at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30 minute increments; your rental time must include load-in, setup, and breakdown. Please allow enough time for your production to return the property back to it’s original condition. Crew and vehicles working on the street after booking hours will be charged overtime due to the noise and parking impact on our neighborhood and how this affects our business after your production has left. STAGING: Furniture may be moved for shoot -- but must be returned to original setup before departure. Please handle items with consideration and care as many our unique and irreplaceable. Also, take photos before moving furniture & changing setup as a reminder of how to re-stage the space to original configuration. CLEAN UP :All trash and recycling must be removed from the premises at the end of your booking. Please do not throw trash out in our trash bins, unless granted permission. Please leave the place the way you found it - clean and tidy. FILM LA PERMIT (if applicable) may be required, depending on nature of production. Please plan to secure all necessary permits. PETS: animals must be approved by host in advance. SMOKING: no smoking indoors NOISE : Please respect our neighbors and act as if they were your neighbors and keep all noise to a minimum. No loud noise after 10pm. When wrapping out after 10pm, please be mindful of dropping metal gear, laughter and no yelling. DAMAGES/INSURANCE : All productions must provide insurance and name hosts as additional insured. Please be communicative with us if something gets damaged. We ask that any damaged item be replaced or that we are compensated for any repairs and damage. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION : Please be clear, communicative and up front with what you intend to do with your event or production. please contact us to discuss details, pricing and availability. When you inquire, please include as much information as possible, including but not limited to: total number of cast & crew, dates, hours (including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down) and any other information you feel is relevant. PARKING : 1 Parking Space Available in Alley. Street Parking Available. Please do not block neighboring driveways - vehicles will be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
