Stunning and very special two story loft with private roof deck in the center of the West Village. Over 2,000 square feet of interior space plus a large 2,000 square foot roof terrace with city and sky views. 2 bathrooms. Rough-hewn and industrial steel beamed ceilings, rustic hardwood floors, skylights and large windows throughout. Scavolini chef’s kitchen.

Event Space Requirements 1. Space to be returned in same condition as delivered. 2. No hand-trucks or dollies allowed in the space for deliveries or otherwise. 3. No confetti or glitter allowed in space. 4. Renter responsible for post event cleaning of the space. Venue can provide post event cleaning for a fee of $500. If team is hired as the caterer for the event then the team will be responsible for all post event cleaning at no cost to the renter. 5. Renter responsible for disposing of all trash from their event. If the team is hired as the caterer for the event then the team will be responsible for all trash removal at no cost to the renter. 6. All 3rd party vendors hired by renter are required to have liability insurance and provide a COI. 7. All 3rd party vendors hired by renter must be licensed when required by law. 8. No sale of alcohol is permitted. 9. Refundable security deposit will be returned within 7 days in full contingent upon space being returned in same condition as delivered. 10. Security of the space including managing access to the space from the front door is the responsibility of the renter. It is required that the renter provide a person at the front door with a guest list for the entire duration of the event. 11. All guests need to have vacated the space by the event end time stated in the contract otherwise overtime charges will be incurred. Overtime charges are billed in full hours. For example an event that runs 30 minutes over will be charged 1 hour of overtime. 12. Furniture and Art removal available for an additional fee. The removal of all the furniture is a fee of $1700. The removal of all of the art is a fee of $500. 13. Guest count in quote request and contract is to be accurate. Exceeding estimated number of guests will result in additional charges.
