All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our largest event studio is over 1,000 SF of natural lit video and photo production space! This well-lit studio is an ideal location for high quality music videos, photography, and rehearsals. The spacious adjustable stage measures 12' X 16' at its largest and features customizable lighting with an x32 digital mixer. The two modern style garage doors can be blacked out using the gorgeous black velour curtains. Snap some shots with our rustic antique piano or select from our lovely backdrops. Equipment can be loaded in through the front entrance (no stairs). For larger setups equipment may be approved to be loaded in via the alleyway, through the gated courtyard.

General Rules
• No haze/fog without prior approval.
• The host is responsible for providing adequate security for their event.
• If selling alcohol host must provide proper documentation - License/permit.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture in the room (minus the piano) can be moved/rearrange with notice and must be returned to its proper place before the end of the booked session.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it and tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No tape, gummed backing materials, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. No use of glitter or confetti without prior approval. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used without approval.
